Multifunctional residential complex

A dynamic residential area providing facilities allocated to residents is the main aim of this design; in addition, circulation and accessibility are some of this project challenges.

Overall, this complex is consist of 3 sub-complexes that are attached by a linking surface. This will not only provide a common ground for dwellers to communicate but also allow them to utilize the public segments and services prepared for residents.

In the following a brief description of site and locating processes of buildings will be demonstrated.
